Exchange, introduce the local culinary culture

The local culinary culture exchange activity was held from 22 to 24 November at Hùng Vương Square, Đạo Thạnh Square. The main content is the introduction, promotion of traditional dishes, local specialities associated with typical agricultural ingredients and OCOP products.

The activity encourages the participation of cooperatives, production facilities, business entities and OCOP product subjects to create an exchange space, increasing local product recognition and culinary identity. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism hosts, co-ordinates the Department of Agriculture and Environment with the relevant organising bodies.
