The promotional activity of processing food from the Cam Mau shrimp and crows is one of the highlights of the framework of the Second Cam Mau Shrimp Festival in 2026.

The promotional activity introduces delicious dishes from shrimp, cauliflower, and cauliflower through the participation and promotion of chefs from Local communities across the country (27 cooking groups, every night 9 groups, each group It's made from the specialty shrimp, Cabbage Claw.
