I've lived here for 15 years.

Welcome to Vietnam's Cultural Day (24/11/2026), the Ho Chi Minh Presidential Monument in the Presidential Palace organized an exhibition entitled: 15 years of living here. The exhibition features 150 unique documentary photographs collected and selected by the Presiding Archaeological Site. These are realistic, vivid images of the internal and external activities as well as the daily life of the President in the Presidential Palace where the person lived and worked for the last 15 years of his life (1954-1969), also the last and longest stop in the 79th spring journey of President Ho Chi Minh's life.

Through each photo, viewers can deeply feel the simplicity, high-quality lifestyle; the spirit of dedication, responsibility; and President Ho Chi Minh's immense love for his countrymen, soldiers and international friends. Photo: Working at the side of the house, tending a fish pond garden, welcoming international guests, meeting children, encouraging staff, soldiers and always devoting his whole heart to the struggle for the liberation of the South, the unity of the country is reflected through the exhibition as precious historical documents, as sacred memories, touching of a great man who was close, who sacrificed his whole life for the independence, freedom of the people and the happiness of the people.

The demonstration not only contributes to the propaganda, education of the patriotic tradition, ideas, morals, Ho Chi Minh style but also awakens the national pride, the sense of responsibility of every Vietnamese in the work of building and protecting the Fatherland today, especially in the context of the country entering a new era of national development. The images of President Ho Chi Minh in the Presidential Palace will forever be a beautiful symbol of compassion, simplicity and the desire for peace, friendship for the people of Vietnam and friends across five continents.
